Kayhan Kalhor, one of the most influential and versatile performers of classical Persian music, returns to the Pierre Boulez Saal. Following acclaimed appearances with different partners in previous seasons, he is joined this time by Iranian-Canadian virtuoso Kiya Tabassian in a duo performing on the setar, the traditional long-necked lute.
