Where to eat and sleep
Whether you are looking for a place to eat before or after the concert or if you decided to stay in Berlin for a couple of days: this is the section where you can find a range of restaurants and nice hotels within walking distance.
On Concert Nights
The concert menu in the evening includes delicacies such as hummus, couscous salad, tabbouleh, and baba ghanoush, served in conveniently sized portions. You may also place pre-orders for intermission right at the counter.
The concert buffet opens one hour before the start of an event and remains open after the performance.
All food served at the Pierre Boulez Saal is freshly prepared by Casalot Catering. Their home base, the restaurant Casalot, is located on Heidestraße 15, 10557 Berlin-Mitte (open daily 9 am - midnight).
Within walking distance of the Pierre Boulez Saal, you will find several excellent restaurants and bars that offer timely service. Please mention your visit of Pierre Boulez Saal when ordering.
We would like to point out that some restaurants may have background music.
The restaurants Gendarmerie and Austernbank, just 300 meters from Pierre Boulez Saal, offer either modern brasserie dishes and exceptional patisseries and deserts (Gendarmerie) or bouillabaisse and seafood (Austernbank).
